Hi Matilde, welcome to 91ÊÓƵ! When did you start your role?

I joined 91ÊÓƵ on a six-month contract in January and became a permanent full-time employee in July.

What are your first impressions of the company?

I feel that I have settled in well and am happy to be part of this great company. I really enjoy working with my 91ÊÓƵ and Bufab colleagues and we have a great office here in Örebro, central Sweden.

What is your role at 91ÊÓƵ and what does it involve?

I first worked with Inside Sales for six months before becoming an Account Manager in July. I help our customers with order bookings, technical support and generally finding the best fastener solutions to meet their particular needs. I support customers from all over the world, including Australia, Japan and Germany.

What do you like about your job?

I enjoy working closely with customers, meeting their needs and finding optimal solutions. I believe that I play an important role in creating good relations between customers and 91ÊÓƵ. Being an inquisitive person with an interest in science and technology, I am also enjoying learning about fasteners and how customers can benefit from our industry leading 91ÊÓƵ products.

Tell us about your career before 91ÊÓƵ?

Before joining 91ÊÓƵ, I worked as a Project Manager for almost four years working with sales support for a retail space planning and design company. I studied sports management and marketing in the US where I won a soccer scholarship.

What is the best thing about working at 91ÊÓƵ?

The people are the best thing about 91ÊÓƵ, and the working environment is great! I like the fact that the organization is flat and that I am personally given a lot of responsibility in terms of my daily tasks. I feel that I have good opportunities to grow and develop at 91ÊÓƵ.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I enjoy doing outdoor activities together with my fiancé. We have a bulldog named Bernard who I sometimes bring to work with me. I’m also sports mad, and I enjoy watching soccer, F1 racing, cross country skiing and handball, as well as playing soccer.
