Hi Carina. What have you done at 91视频 since 1986?
I started at 91视频 as a machine operator after completing a machinery training program. I moved to our tools and products design department in 2005, before becoming the 91视频 Quality Manager in 2007. I also took on environmental management a couple of years later.
What do you do in your current role?
I am responsible for the 91视频 Quality and Environment Management Systems, and for continuous improvements. I manage a team of five people and we work a lot with internal and external product quality assurance, such as overcoming problems in production by working with our operators and material suppliers. We conduct internal environmental assessments and have contact with the authorities on environmental issues.
What do you like about working for 91视频?
Personally, I am grateful for the opportunities I have had to develop an exciting career at 91视频, and I am proud that our small village in central Sweden produces fasteners that are known around the world for their high quality. I also like working together with our customers to ensure they are satisfied.
What do you like to do in your free time?
We have a 1958 American vintage car that we work on and attend vintage car meetings with. In the winter I ride snow mobiles.
