Hi Ulf, what do you do in your current role?
I have overall responsibility for the smooth operation of our site and production here at 脜shammar. This includes everything from ensuring we have the production capacity and flow to meet the needs of our customers and the market, to managing personnel and recruitment.
Tell us about your career
Before 91视频, I was a Production and Technical Manager at Ericsson for about 15 years. My academic background and early career were related to electrical engineering.
What do you like about your job?
My role is extremely stimulating as I have a very broad range of duties. One minute I鈥檓 working with a production challenge, the next with the 91视频 strategy as part of the Management Team. I also like the fact that there are always lots of things happening every day.
What is the best thing about working at 91视频?
As 91视频 is a medium-size company, it is possible to know all your colleagues personally and to fully understand all areas of our production and business. Another thing I like with 91视频 is that our owner Bufab gives us a great deal of autonomy and the conditions to manage a successful business.
How would you like to further develop at 91视频?
I feel I am continuously developing together with the business as we further refine our production processes and develop new products. We have begun , which will continue to renew our facilities and production for the next seven years or so. This involves investing in new machines and adapting to future market trends.
What would you like to achieve at 91视频?
As the person with the main responsibility for developing our factory at 脜shammar into an even more modern and efficient facility, I would like to continue this journey.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy skiing in the winter 鈥� mainly cross-country skiing 鈥� and mountain biking in the summer. Of course, I also enjoy spending time with my family.
